A second generation grower and marketer, Rob has been immersed in the fresh produce industry for the last 40 years. As the CEO of N&A Group and through his involvement in the development of Kanzi Apples in Australia and subsequent Brands, Rob and the N&A team have become specialists in new variety development for the Australian market.

HBMA’s General Manager Elisa King is an accomplished marketer with over 27 years of experience. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and increase brand awareness. Under her leadership, Kanzi has experienced a 59% increase in brand awareness, rising from 22% to 35%.

Born and bred into the fresh fruit industry. Laurie started his journey as a 5 year old going to the Queen Victoria Market. Following his fathers footsteps Laurie’s passion and experience has covered all aspects of the industry including growing packing and marketing. His commitment to managing of Kanzi apples and other horticultural brands has yielded success.

Adam Buckley
Newton Orchards
Logistics, Packing & Marketing Manager at Newtons in Manjimup, Adam began his horticulture career almost 20 years ago and has a keen understanding of every aspect of pome and stone fruit production. He has been instrumental in driving Newtons’ trusted reputation as preferred supplier of premium quality fruit to the majors and wholesalers in WA. Adam’s key strength is his disciplined approach to continual financial analysis to reduce costs, improve packouts and maintain robust marketing, thereby driving strong returns back to growers.

Glyndon Flavell
Flavell Fruit Sales
Glyndon, who was born on the orchard in 1951, departed from formal education at the age of 15 to dedicate himself to orchard work, a commitment he has upheld ever since. Currently serving as the Manager at Flavell Fruit Sales, Glyndon works alongside his three sons: Andrew, Matthew, and Nathan. Throughout the years, he has actively participated in several committees within the apple industry for the South Australia region. Additionally, he has represented Flavell Fruit Sales on the SA Horticulture Export Committee.

Ceravolo Orchards
With over 40 years in the industry, Tony is a third-generation grower, packer, and wholesaler. He holds the positions of Managing Director and CEO at Ceravolo Orchards and Ashton Valley Fresh. With a deep supply chain background, he's enthusiastic about vertical integration for optimal sustainability. Tony is highly regarded in the fruit growing community and serves as a director on the boards of SAPML and Perth Markets.
